We’re here all month long, come join us! All are welcome. Our services are held on Sundays at 10 am in the downstairs fellowship hall, followed by coffee.
November 5 – Building Community – Chris & Julie Pera
Each member and friend of UUSG has acknowledged the importance of having a religious community just by showing up to participate, to serve, to contribute. Research tells us that people who have active religious involvement tend to have better mental health, physical health, and live longer. What makes a strong community? This morning we will engage our hearts, hands, and minds as we come together for this conversation.
November 12 – Covenant & Values: Justice – Boden Azora-Minda
We continue our exploration of the proposed changes to Article II.
November 19 – Rev. Leaf Seligman
Rev. Leaf will offer a meditation on gratitude.
November 26 – Active Hope – Rev. Jane Thickstun
Our times confront us with realities that are painful to face, difficult to take in, and confusing to live with. Active hope is about finding, and offering, our best response to the crises in our world, including climate change, which threatens our whole world. Let’s explore what we can do to respond with active hope to the troubles of our world.
